Breckin Sanders is where it's at!!! As a young man in Arkansas with foreign vehicles, I'm sure you can imagine that my car insurance is not cheap. Breckin took this into account and was able to quote me a monthly price that was $200.00 less than everyone else! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking to change insurance companies!!!

Nika was so nice, professional, and kind. I've been having so much trouble with this company but she was so patient with explaining everything to me and helping me figure how to keep my insurance going. She was very pleasant and I'd recommend talking to her for your insurance needs.

Let me just brag a sec on the patience, superior customer service, and kindness Ms. LaKeasha Daniels displayed at Store 2600 at Mablevale plaza, I believe. She took her time with my godmother & I via telephone. The sweetest and most positive interaction ever! We took care of business that day. You're an absolutely awesome & outstanding person!

I was assisted by Christian Sbait, this guy was amazing, so knowledgeable, so helpful, awesome sense of humor! He gave me all the info and even when I was indecisive he was so patient! I did decide not to go through with my policy but he did not fret , didn’t make me feel uncomfortable my biggest regret of not getting the policy is not Being able to work with this awesome guy! Customer Service 10/10

It is what it is. Just pay your bill. All i like to do is keep it real. Everything you say to them is recorded.So don't tell no lie.Pay your insurance if you want to drive. Customer service is great.They know how you feel, so they do everything they can. To keep you behind wheels. My representative was nice girl she was down to earth But she was ready to Swipe my debit card so she can put that commission in her purse.

Yesterday I called to follow up on a quote that I had done online. I was assisted by the most pleasant person that I have encountered from any business in a long time. Mrs. Lakeshe Daniels was kind knowledgeable, and just a breathe of fresh air in todays rigid and none polite climate. An agent at this location named Karen Dover was so kind to help me! She went out of her way to make sure everything I needed was well taken care of!
